To join the electoral roll you need to meet the following requirements (as stated in point 3.1 of the church constitution):

    1. You have been baptised as a Christian

    2. You are a full member of either a Church of the Anglican Communion or A Church in communion with the Provinces of the Anglican Communion or A Church which is a member of the World Council of Churches

    3. You are 18 years of age or over

    4. Prior to enrolment you have habitually attended worship services at St Andrew's Church for a period of at least 3 months

    5. Your name is not on, or subsequently removed from, any other parish electoral roll in the Archdeaconry of the Gulf

    6. They accept the episcopal authority of the Bishop in Cyprus and the Gulf in matters of  governance of the church
