In the Anglican church young people (aged approximately 12+) and adults who have been baptised can choose to be confirmed as a sign of choosing to be a Christian for themselves (as opposed to a previous commitment from their parents),
We are planning a Confirmation Service on 27th February 2022, which will be led by the archbishop, where candidates will have the opportunity to affirm they faith in front of their friends, family and the rest of the community.
To prepare for this service, we will be having weekly confirmation classes, these will be led by members of the ministry team and we will explore topics, such as our understanding of God, how to grow as Christians and what it means to be part of a church.
If you would like to join the confirmation classes, please complete the following form and send it to jillduncan@standrewauh.org
